01 / The Story

It started with a pilot and an idea.

Belmont Aero was founded in Latvia by pilot and entrepreneur Juris Libmanis with a vision for a different kind of personal aircraft.

Production began in 2017, bringing together aircraft engineering, modern performance and distinctive European design.

In 2018, Belmont made its international debut at AERO Friedrichshafen, introducing the aircraft to the wider European aviation community.

What followed was years of development, testing, refinement and international expansion — while preserving the personal approach that defined Belmont from the beginning.

That idea still defines Belmont today.

04 / The People

The people behind the aircraft.

A Belmont doesn't come from an anonymous production line. Behind every aircraft is a specialized team responsible for its engineering, fabrication, composites, avionics, assembly, testing and final inspection.

Pilot · Entrepreneur

Juris founded Belmont around a belief that a modern aircraft could combine serious engineering with a much more personal approach to how aircraft are built and owned.

That philosophy continues to guide Belmont today as the company expands into new markets while maintaining a close relationship between the factory, the aircraft and its owners.

05 / Belmont USA

One Belmont.
Two sides of the Atlantic.

Every Belmont begins in Latvia, where the aircraft is engineered and built by the Belmont Aero team.

In the United States, Belmont is represented by Next Gen Aircraft Services LLC of Ponte Vedra, Florida — Belmont Aero's exclusive U.S. partner.

Together, Belmont Aero and Belmont USA create a direct relationship between the people who build the aircraft and the American pilots who own them.

Vladimir Shteyn leads Belmont's presence in the United States through Next Gen Aircraft Services LLC in Ponte Vedra, Florida.

As a pilot and flight instructor, Vladimir was drawn not only to the Belmont aircraft, but to the philosophy behind the company: limited production, direct access to the people building the aircraft, and an ownership experience that remains personal from beginning to end.

As Belmont Aero's exclusive U.S. partner, Vladimir serves as the connection between American owners and the factory in Latvia — from the first introduction to the aircraft through delivery and continued support.

“What attracted me to Belmont wasn't only the airplane. It was the way they build it. You can know the people behind your aircraft, watch it take shape and know it was built specifically for you. That's the experience we're bringing to America.”
