Machining

The journey begins with cutting-edge machining. Certified aviation aluminum is precisely shaped into every essential component on advanced CNC equipment.

Welding

Structural components are expertly welded into a strong, lightweight airframe — maximum strength at optimal weight for flight efficiency.

Riveting & Assembly

Painting

A high-quality finish protects the airframe and defines its character. Custom colors, liveries, and detailing are chosen by you.
