Six stages, from raw certified aluminum to a flight-tested aircraft ready for delivery in the United States.

The journey begins with cutting-edge machining. Certified aviation aluminum is precisely shaped into every essential component on advanced CNC equipment.

Structural components are expertly welded into a strong, lightweight airframe — maximum strength at optimal weight for flight efficiency.

Every rivet is precisely hand-set and bonded. Meticulous assembly ensures structural integrity and full compliance with aviation safety standards.

A high-quality finish protects the airframe and defines its character. Custom colors, liveries, and detailing are chosen by you.

Avionics, engine, and flight control systems are installed, then inspected system by system before the aircraft ever leaves the floor.

Ground checks and test flights by experienced pilots confirm performance and safety — then your Belmont is prepared for US delivery.
Machines shape the metal. Hands make it a Belmont.

Leather cut, stitched, and fitted by hand. Panel gaps closed by eye and by feel. The details you notice every time you climb in.

A hand-laid paint scheme, designed with you. Depth and detail no production line has time for.

Small teams, not assembly lines. The same skilled hands follow your aircraft from bare frame to finished machine.
Craftsmanship you can see. Engineering you can trust.

A Galaxy GRS ballistic recovery system is fitted to every Belmont as standard. One pull brings the entire aircraft down under canopy.

Almost every part is manufactured under Belmont's own roof. Full control means full accountability — no unknown suppliers, complete traceability, quality assured at the source.

Built to ASTM F3815 — the airplane standard the FAA accepts under its new MOSAIC rule — and flight-tested before delivery. A new-generation light-sport aircraft, eligible for U.S. skies.
Your paint, your leather, your panel, your propeller — every Belmont is built to your specification. Design yours, detail by detail.

Rotax 912ULS as standard, 912iS as an alternative — with the new 916iS coming soon.
